HTML 5 video looks jagged/pixelated in Chrome

Wondering if I am the only one experiencing this. When I load a HTML5 video on YouTube Chrome plays it rather jagged/pixelated, but the same video plays fine in Safari.

I am attaching a comparison of the same video running in HTML5 in both browsers. Anyone else experiencing this?

Indeed, I would like to know if it is a problem with my setup or with Chrome itself.

I am using the latest version of Chrome (5.0.366.0).

I don't notice any difference in Chrome and Safari.
