HTML 5 web video crashing

Recently jailbroke my iPad 2 and now HTML 5 web video crashes my safari whenever I try and play a video. Any help out there to fix this?
 
Have you installed any addin for safari like safari download manager? maybe try removing these and try again

Nothing like that - I only have installed a handful of tweaks so far but nothing safari related
