Hi guys,
My old ISP used to have a feature in place where HTML video players like Youtube would only buffer a ratio of the youtube video. So if I watched a video upto 33 seconds it would only buffer 66 seconds for example and as I played again it would buffer more.
I've switched ISPs and my current one does not do this but Chrome still does it. I've cleared all the cache and cookies and it still does it. Safari and Firefox do not anymore.
Can anyone think of what I need to do to Chrome to stop this from happening?
