I have persistent issues with Flash, so I made HTML5 the default video player in Safari 9.1. The only problem is when I have a YouTube video with translation/subtitles -- I have no way of viewing them using the HTML5 player.

I checked settings/preferences, but didn't see any relevant options. When I view the same YouTube video using Flash, I'm able to select the CC/subtitles.

Help?
