HTML5 videos are not playing in any browser

Hello,
I have tried resetting SMC, NVRAM, used Safari, Safari Tech Preview, Chromium. Videos won't play anywhere.

Is there anything else I can try? Thanks!

Ventura compatible Mac or Ventura installed with OCLP?
You could also try Firefox ESR https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/enterprise/#download

Second NVRAM reset resolved the issue.
