Just click on the email address in the email, then click the little down arrow to the right of the address and select "Add to Address Book"

Alternatively, you can simply highlight the email address and Command-C to copy, then open Address Book and manually add it by pasting it in a new or existing contact.

OK Here comes another stooped question. How to see>edit and delete contacts
Can't find them.

Do you mean contacts in Address Book? If so, simply click on a contact and press the delete key. To edit a contact, click on the contact, then click the Edit button at the bottom of the window. Or click Edit > Edit Card. Or press Command-L.

I hate to be such a PITA But when Do as you say and try to paste the new address,it says Export vcard>edit card then a drop down menu asks Save as.
BTW: I will read Helpful info. It looks to be very informative.
