Alternatively, you can simply highlight the email address and Command-C to copy, then open Address Book and manually add it by pasting it in a new or existing contact.When i do that i do not get the same menu as u display.I get Open link in >new tab>window>privet window>copy or print.
Do you mean contacts in Address Book? If so, simply click on a contact and press the delete key. To edit a contact, click on the contact, then click the Edit button at the bottom of the window.
