There are folks out there with problems, but I have never had a problem with them. They aswered an e-mail inquiry about a system I ended up not buying right away and were very courteous.
Typically, the only people who tend to write about a company on line are complaining about something. For every complaint, I imagine there are a lot of perfectly happy customers.

We got an iBook g4 off of that site. It got to the house in 3 days and was in very good shape and looked like new.
