Nice spot! *goes to download* :)

EDIT: It seems to continue to work wonderfully for me. I did have to go through the "special" installation procedure outlined in the readme, because I did get the error on my first try. But after that, sweetness! :)

EDIT2: And, in hindsight, after a week of not checking my Hotmail account, I have zilch but spam. *wonders why he bothers*

I used this program for a long time as well, but I too only got spam so I decided to drop my hotmail account.

Anyone know what httpmail is known to work with? I might try it if it works with any of the web-based email services I use.

Boy am I glad I dumped Hotmail 2 years ago...sounds like the spam problem's gotten much, much worse than it was when I left.

It's only for hotmail I'm afraid.

To be honest, a lot of the spam I get on Hotmail is opt-in. I let stuff like Apple News, TigerDirect, etc, go there, and it goes straight to el junk mail folder anyway, so why not? I got the account originally via Hotmail Japan to use with a Japanese friend (with whom I've lost touch), and so I don't use mine much anymore....
