HTTPS / TLS in MacOS Classic

Inspired about another thread with solution for Leopard webkit, I came across WebOne

Was fairly easy to install and no extra configuration needed. I have it running now on my NAS in a docker image. But you can install it on any modern computer. Set the IP of the computer running WebOne as the proxy server and the whole internet opens up again.

Explain this.. So, I have Mac Pro which I use for file server to my PowerPC macs. I also use OS 9 mostly for everyday things. Tell me, how do I set this up on my Mac Pro ? I went to the site and I kind of lost.

No real instructions for Mac OS X installation. I prefer Brownservice which sadly lacks sound.
