Hubs for new MacBook Pro 16"

Hello, I put in my order for the new MacBook Pro 16", it will take over a month to get it. I use the Satechi MultiPort Adaptor, will this work properly for these new Macs? Will it utilize the full power of these new Macs? Do we know of new Hubs that are targeted towards these new MacBook Pros? Thanks
