I have a number of Philips hue bulbs and have 2 switches and a smart button

I have never had a problem with them working but since updating to the new architecture the dimmer switches have stopped working. They come to life if I open home app but then will stop after a while. All of the bulbs are working

Has anyone else experienced this? I have updated all firmware and tried resetting hue hub but still the same

I was going to leave out of HomeKit as a last resort but the hue app is not very good for customisable

It may be possible that your dimmer switches may require to be re-paired with your Hue Zigbee network, reset your switches pair them via the Hue app. Another possibility is that the dimmer switch batteries may be depleted and require to be replaced.

Agree with the statement on the Hue app not being very customisable, have you tried hueDynamic, this app will allow you to customise you dimmer switch for multiple rooms etc.?

Thank you. I had tried that, what I did do and seems to be ok is change the Zigabee channel. This seems to have re provisioned everything

I use Hue Essentials (free version) to customise my dimmer switch. Works really well.
