Huge Frame Lag

Hey guys, i am not sure but after using my laptop more than 5 hours, it starts lagging for some reason

Macbook 17" i7 8GB Ram

Any ideas why? It's happening all the time and it won't stop if i won't shutdown my computer. It will even get worse (happens with all applications but mostly with browsers)

bring up your activity monitor and see if any processes are hogging CPU/mem

Audio decoding is not particularly processor intensive, even if you had loads of sound cloud clips playing your memory/CPU usage should not be that high.

Kill flash and firefox, then restart firefox.

well judging by all of those soundcloud tabs you have open flash is probably working REALLY hard.

Now i used Safari, when i use facebook it goes up to 95% CPU what the hell?!

That happens browsing ANY website duhh
