Guys what do you consider the best minimal style bumper in terms of protection and looks?

I have read a lot of positive reviews on the Hula but there is little in terms of Shockband info.

Definitely the hula! Very slim, and transparent band, with the black version, you can hardly tell there's a bumper on.

The Hula wil not offer much drop protection. The silicone that goes around the edges are very thin and won't offer a lot of drop protection.

Then the shockband might be better in that department, it is full TPU rubber.

What material is the clear part of the Hula made of? Hard plastic?

Thanks. That bumper looks very protective but a bit bulky.

I was looking for a minimal bumper for using when going to work and other low drop/bumps risk situations. For more rugged situations I use a Vulcan and plan to get an otterbox for hiking and the beach.

Well, I'd go with the ShockBand then for just casual is. If it doesn't live up to it's name you can always return it. :D

check out the nlu ciderz thread i just bought one and i love it, its very slim and tight fitting, comes in a bunch of colors also.

That one looks good but I'm looking for a clear/translucent one.

Bumper to work with wrapsol sides

Just came to my my mind that I use a naked phone currently then slip on a casemate tough when I need protection, but I was wonderig if Any of you know a bumper that will work with my wrapsol full body without lifting the sides or back skin on the phone. Just thought this would be cool. I was thinking about a few on sw-box that are silicone or tpu, those might be my best bet.

Sorry not trying to hijack your thread either. Seems of similar interest, I'm just using a skin :)

i have the cheap tpu bumper from sw-box and it will pit with the wrapsol on it but the buttons are where the problems begin. it fits nice you just have to push the buttons hard to get them to press down. the tpu doesnt have the most tactile buttons as it is, it worked but limited functionality.

Hmm that might work. Thats what I was actually thinking of doing, buying one of those cheap bumpers from sw-box. Thanks.
