Hulu on iPhone via Mac - An Option!

I've found a new option for Hulu on iPhone (or iPad or iPod Touch):

iScreen lets you use the iPhone as an extra monitor, but it's refresh rate actually works quite well enough for video--MUCH better than other options I've tried.

AirFoil lets you stream audio from web video now, even in the background on the iPhone.

Simply pull up Hulu in AirFoil video player, select your iPhone as output for audio, and switch over to iScreen on the iPhone. Drag the Hulu window to your iPhone and, voila. Audio and video playback of Hulu streamed to your iPhone via your Mac.
