According to the Wall Street Journal, Greg Chrsitie, VP of Human Interface, who previously reported to Scott Forstall will now report to Craig Federighi. Makes me wonder then just how much influence Jony Ive will have in this area if this group isn't reporting to him (I believe the group is around 20 people). According to the WSJ Forstall and Christie frequently held design meetings with Steve Jobs. I'm assuming Ive will now be in those meetings but will his opinion be treated the same as Jobs was? Especially if its the opposite of what Jobs/Forstall had pushed for in the past? Hmm...
