I think they call it that because not all the apps are for Android. I know that at least Star Command hasn't been released for Android yet.

The Star Command version in the bundle is for Android and launches on my Nexus 7.

Yeah, my bad. I had been stalking their forum for ages but read nothing about the Android version finally being ready for release, so I didn't think it could possibly be in the Bundle. I was quite overjoyed when I found out the truth though. Finally!!
