Humidifier/steam vaporizer recommendation?

Anyone here have a humidifier or steam vaporizer that you recommend? Normal room-sized ones, not whole house units.

I've been looking through Amazon reviews for them, but there are tons.

I got the Venta Air Wash home humidifier from Amazon about a year ago. (I live in Vegas, so the humidity is always really low.) It is expensive for a full-room size, about $300 for a 400 square foot room, but they have a smaller one and a larger one. It does not leave the white "dust" that other humidifiers leave on all the surfaces around it. It requires a weekly cleaning, and there is an additive and cleaner that you use, but there are no filters. I keep mine on high all the time, and I need to fill it with about a gallon and a half of water every day. I have been very happy with it.

For anyone else looking, I ended up buying this $50 Honeywell model at Target which has worked out really well so far, and you don't have to unplug the whole thing and cart it around to refill:
