I have a mac mini running Mavericks and Ubuntu Server in Fusion 7. The mini is connected to the router via wireless and the VM is set to Auto.

Looking at my router I have over a 100 connections across all wireless points (the mini is set to connect to single point). They are all different ip addresses and are either mac mini or ubuntu. All have the same MAC address.

Apart from these connections everything is running fine. I have tried blocking but it disconnects the mini, despite the actual ip still having access.

Really not sure what's going on and where to look. Any advice appreciated.

Did you set the network interface of the Ubuntu VM to NAT ( a Fusion 7 setting ) ? This way it should work.
