It claims 70-90% power reduction and 5x the speed of normal hard drives any chance of this making it to the macbook pros soon?

Nice but where did you get the "5 x the speed of normal drives" from?

Samsung claims that their new HHDs offer 5x the reliability of conventional hard disks

oops; but apparently it is only compatible with vista at the time but when will OS X support Hybrid Hard Drives?

could it be made to support it with a hack or patch of some kind?
