Pros
- Better Battery Life
- Thinner (By tiny bit)
- 3G
- A-GPS
- App Store
- v2.0
- CHEAPER! That's the way to do business Apple! :)

Just like what Molly Wood predicted, there ought to be some dissapointment.
Cons.
- No Video Recording
- No MMS
