Hyper Link works on i web set up, not on website

I set up a Hyper link to another web site (wife's). I published it. It works on my set up I web page but not when I go to my website.

Link is near bottom of my welcome page... louisesdragracingphography.com.
Any solution? Thanks.

It works in Safari 5 for Mac and Windows. However, when switching the User Agent to IE 8.0, only the two pics and site counter show up.

To make it show up on my IE8 I think a small icon or window showed up up top somewhere asking me to click it to see older websites. How do I fix that so people can see my I-web site properly? I also was told my site cannot be seen on Foxilla (SP?). Frank Kunkel
