Is anyone else having trouble with hyperdock in ML?

It will only show the bubbles for me when I am on desktop 1. Also the calendar preview option doesn't seem to be working anymore

The dock structure was changed. Hyperdock will need an update.
 
makes sense. was just surprised I hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere else.
