Hi everyone,

I have a HyperDrive DUO 7-in-2 usb-c hub for my macbook (https://www.hypershop.com/products/new-2020-hyperdrive-duo-7-in-2-usb-c-hub). I used it for around 2 years and I haven't found a solution for this yet. It has a black plastic attachment that is used to make it more stable with certain models, including mine, however, with it the macbook doesn't close, which means that I cannot use it in clamshell mode or I have to disconnect and remove everything before I close it for the night. It is quite annoying.
Without the attachment, you can still connect to the computer without issues, however, it wiggles a lot and I'm afraid it damages the ports if used freely like this. Has anyone found a better solution?

Thank you in advance!
