Hyperlink iTunes playlist ported to Excel

Hi, I got a question, I managed to export an iTunes playlist to excel format, now I would like to link the list to my music folder, I can hyperlink single files, my list is 16000 files, so I'm looking for a way to do it as a batch mode, is it possible? Thank you.
