hyperlinking in MM mail

Is this possible? I don't see a menu for it....

Is there some keyboard shortcut to use?

Can I link it in my signature?

I know how to do it in mail, outlook,blah blah blah... but I'm not seeing (probably right in front of me) a way to do it.
