Hypersensitive iPad Mini Retina screen

Hi Guys,

I'm wondering if any of you may be having the same issue as me. I got myself an iPad Mini with Retina display today. I switched from an iPad 3.

I seem to be having a pretty hyper sensitive iPad. I have now shut off siri but it kept activating itself. And sometimes, when I would press the sleep button, it would take a screen shot as if I was holding the home button but I wasn't. And sometimes, when doing something like surfacing the web - the screen just goes to the home button. This wasn't an issue before on the iPad 3 but maybe others have been facing it?

Would be great to hear from others, to see if this is a software or hardware issue.

Go exchange it for a unit thats not defective.

Sounds like a home button issue! Swap it for another that isn't defective.

Thanks I'll probably do that - was avoiding it because John Lewis may not have stock but can't keep a broken ipad either!
