HI,

I lost my hard drive and everything on it. Unfortunately I didn't have a current backup of my itunes library. Unfortunately, after I installed itunes on my new hard drive and connected my ipod, I accidentally hit "YES" to link my ipod to my new library.

I have not done anything else to the ipod yet for fear of overwriting the data that was deleted.

Does anyone know how I can recover my songs that were on my ipod? Any help would be appreciated! :)

You can't, sorry, I wish there was something else I could say but there is nothing you can do to my knowledge.

Up a creek -- without a paddle.

Data Rescue II

It's $99 but it's worth it if your iTunes collection cost more than that! plus it will recover anything. It's helping me out right now on a G5 that had it's hard drive zero'd, and still coming up with the files.
