i accidentally changed my own admin settings!! HELP

Hi

Desparately need help. Very illiterate.

I went into Get Info and changed my own admin setting in Sharing and Permissions to Write Only. So now when I click on my hard drive, I am told I don't have access!!! How do I revert to the original settings?

I want to see my hard drive.

Please help!!!!

If you have the OSX install discs you can boot from it and run the Disk Utilities program, which has a Repair Permissions option that should hopefully help get things back to normal. See our guide for Repairing Permissions for more details.
