How do i get the movie icon back? It really had nothing in it but it was a minor mistake when I was trying to delete a show that I watched.

I accidently deleted my movie folder

Try this; delete the Movies folder, then restart straight away. I think a variation of this (on 'Pictures') worked for me, in Tiger at least. I can't speak for Leopard, or for that matter which of those you're using

I am on 10.4.10 Tiger so, ill try that right now and comment if it worked or not.
