I was trying to do the good thing and get my wife's iPhone all up to date with pictures and all, but in the process I accidently erased some contacts.
I had done a sync earlier that day and iTunes made a back up I think.
Whats the best way to get those contacts back???
Thanks!

What are the contacts synced with? For me i sync them with outlook so i can get them from there.

It's on a Mac, my wifes MacBook so I assume address book. I have not looked there yet. I will see, in an hour I will be at her computer.

Address book has lost the contacts. User-library-app support- address book previous has lost em too. Without time machine hooked up, I'm screwed I think.
Ideas??

Should be able to just do a restore of your iPhone backup. Worked for me with my new iPhone 4.
