Running on a 5s, so far I'm really impressed with iOS 8... Battery/speed is the same as iOS 7, but, the added functionality so far has been awesome and really needed ...

Love that I can do no disturb group messages..

Love that I can now easily see all pictures that I've exchanged with an iMessage contact

Love the added abilities in Mail to swipe left/right etc..

Love the new notifications and the ability to dismiss a single notification off the lock screen etc..

Love the ability to respond to a message without closing an app etc..

I'm sure some are having a negative experience, but, like all major updates, you only hear from the complainers..

Who else is loving iOS 8 so far?

Still getting to grips with the update, but Extensions and Widgets are already looking promising. Very happy to have dictation in my native tongue. Just waiting for Siri to handle it, too.

Same.

I actually prefer the iOS keyboard and the predictive text is more useful than I expected.

Also enjoying a few useful widgets.

If the update is only 1.1gb. Why do you need 5.8

----------

5.8 gb free. Did a 4s and seems to run smooth. Not sure on battery life have to wait a day or 2 to know
