iPod touch I already have some books on my itouch 2g anyway to put them in iBooks?

I know I could make a folder for all my books but can you just transfer them to ibooks easily? If so how?
It would be nice to have them on one bookshelf. Many of the books were free or I downloaded them from different sources. Some are audio, pdf, iTunes etc.

If I can't then that's OK too.
