Today i went around town doing some errands, and every once in awhile i would look at my phone's reception. for the most part i get about 5 bars where i live sometimes 4 bars (East County, San Diego). Anyways i noticed when i am outside from my house the 'death grip' dosnt seem to drop any bars.
i had my friend make a phone call while i was driving around, and for about 10 minutes, my iphone didnt drop the call (weird huh!)
when i came come, i tried gripping the phone again on my driveway,
it went down to 3 bars but stayed at 3 bars for about 3 minutes.
i came home, and sat at my work desk and tried gripping the phone again, and what do you know.. it goes down to no bars almost in about 10 seconds.
no, i say that i dont think its hardware related because that would mean wherever i go i should replicate this problem. but i only can replicate it while at home..
so, to tho's people who have this iphone problem.. does it happen EVERYWHERE you go, or just at your home?
