I am a PC user and would like to know if there available any software for online video conference to communicate between PC and Macintosh.

Any advance would be appreciated.

With the built-in client (iChat) you can video conference with anyone on the AIM network. Or download Adium for free to use most of the other major networks, including MSN. And of course there's Skype.

Except Adium does not support video yet, although it is planned for a future version.
