They ask for two pictures of you would it be best to get professional pictures or just use my Nikon d40?

A co-worker and I are applying together as a team so what should we do for a video?

What lastly what do you think their really looking for?

I was actually kind of disappointed that I came back from vacation and this was the best I could find. *goes off to look up this Canuck Mantracker business*
