I am confused with Bootcamp...

So, I just installed Snow Leopard earlier today. Now, I have a copie of Windows XP, and I wanted to try and install it with Bootcamp. This is my first time... so I am confused by all of this. However, I managed to install XP. Now, my question is how do I go from XP to SL? Will I have to put in the CDs everytime I want to switch OS? Right now I'm on XP, and I can't seem to switch back to SL... can anyone help me out?
