I am having sluggish movement of my dock and expose is not working correctly.

I am new to mac but i know my way around and for some reason my dock won't magnify or even let me know the names of the programs. No response at all. Expose also does not respond. Only time it magnifys is when i click the dock. I am running a mac mini barebones 1.83ghz c2d with one gb of ram. help please? A restart helps but then after use it happens again eventually

no i left it as the way it was i just added the apps i needed

ah problem solved for now it seemingly was my mouse being a b*tch. I unpluged the usb for the wireless and now it seems to be resposive again i will let you know any further

oh well i replaced the battery at first... like hmmm. didnt change the responsiveness. but unpluging and pluging the usb back in worked. yeah... i do kinda hate wireless. but its all i got... although i could steal my supernice gateway mouse from my dads. ... make my vista suffer, lol
