While people are waiting impatiently for a brown truck to pull up, I strolled into AT&T and got myself our phones.

I'm at home working while I wait for UPS to get here. I'd rather get it through the mail than have to go into a store, potentially wait in a line, and wait for them to activate the phone. I can handle it myself just fine, thank you.
I went in to three ATT stores and they were all out of 16GB Black ones by 10 am so there are shortages. The line to get the white or 32 was over an hour.

I had to go to work anyways, so it wasn't a big deal.
