this is my current desk setup.

2 monitors connected to a Targus Display Link docking station, that my windows work laptop is connected to.
the laptop is connected to the docking station via usb c.

I would like a easy way that I can connect the 2 monitors to my MacBook Air and use the monitors when I am not working with my work laptop.

what is the best way to do it?

Monitor A - connected to the dock via HMDI
Monitor B - connected to the dock via VGA to display port cable.

Monitor A - I have a DisplayPort cable to connect to my MacBook Air, but only that monitor shows up. I would like both to show up.
both laptops use their own bluetooth mouse.

Can’t you just disconnect the USB-C from the Windows laptop and plug it into the Mac?

EDIT: you haven’t stated which model MBA you have, is it not equipped with USB-C?

I have a 2020 MacBook Air I could unplug the usb c cable, but it is not long enough to reach my MacBook Air
