All I can say is... Lucky bastard!

I drive over there often to go cycling. I love cycling around Coral Gables; usually I park at Salvadore Park and ride around the Gables and Coconut Grove.

Must be nice to actually live there, though I hear that even if you can afford to buy in, the property taxes are downright destructive.
