I am no apple fanatic (I will always be a pc guy) but I simply love the mini. I had an iPad 4. It was really too big and cumbersome for a tablet and too small to be a computer (even with the clam case I bought for it). So after it sat idle for months I gave it to my wife and bought the mini. It is the perfect size for thumb typing and belly-top browsing. And thanks to the great resale value I know I can put this one on eBay when a higher res mini hits the market. Super crisp text is the only thing I miss about the iPad 4. It even brought me back from android to iPhone again. I will never be a fan of apple (the company) but its hard to argue against their idevices. They have simply made them too easy to use.
