I am setting up a new macbook. Which OS to install?

I am setting up an early-2015 13" macbook pro from scratch.
Which OS would you put on it, for maximum stability and less amount bugs?

- El Capitan
- Sierra
- High Sierra

My OS of choice right now is El Capitan. Runs great on my Mini and my MacBook Pro.
Low Sierra would probably work ok, as it's "fully mature".

I would probably avoid High Sierra for now -- too many folks having problems.

I would go with Sierra. I tried High Sierra on my 2015 Air and was having beachball parties. I don't feel High Sierra is ready yet to be a daily driver.
