I finally got my clear case i-Blason Clear Case after 3 days late on their estimated delivery date. I like clear cases and I think I've found the best one. Simple clear crystal case on the back. No branding on the back and a TPU Bumper material on the sides to help me grip on my humongous  iPhone 6+. They claimed front raised edges but I don't think it is raised and if it is, it's so little that I don't think it will protect the front screen but I don't care because I plan to put in a screen protector anyway.

But Alas! the case came in defective but only minor but raises a concern. As you can see from one of my pic, there are scratches or cracks inside the case. They claim that the case is scratch resistant but they probably meant on the outside of the case only? What do you think?

Anyway I've contacted them for a replacement just now and will await for their response and provide update here. Let me know if you guys have any question.

Update, here's a different option color, thanks munakib!

I ordered the same case... no scratches on mine.

Still waiting for the phone to put it on, though!

I got the same one as my "cheap case I can get tomorrow until the good cases are out" case...

and honestly I think if it actually had raised edges to protect the screen when laid down I'd just keep this thing and not bother getting a different one.

It's thin, covers everything else the way I'd like with good port/button access, leaves the phone entirely visible front/back, and adds a nice grippiness to the device.

But the fact it's about flush with the screen in the front means I'll be replacing it soon as something significantly better is out... (still hoping Speck decides to offer a Pixelskin HD for the 6 plus really)

I like the case so far, but not kool with the scratches on there. I ordered the black/clear one for my SG 6+, awaiting the phone, but my case came in today and I noticed that the plastic feels soft/rubbery near the lightning port and the speaker grill. The rest of the case feels great. Did you have that problem or is the entire "band" around the case hard plastic? TY

I got a response from them today and they've shipped the replacement. :D

The band around the case is rubber. But yes I do wish the bottom part is hard plastic, I made a mistake of putting the phone on my dock and the connector went thru the case and the back of my iPhone!:mad::eek: Good thing it didn't scratch so be careful when you're plugging your phone with this case on.

Ok, so the bottom part of it is not hard plastic then? So, the bottom of our cases are suppose to be rubber, so yours is soft, but the rest of the case is hard plastic then?

Wow, OP, I was just about to write my own review because I just got the black version of the case and I have nothing but praises. So thanks for starting the thread!

It is definitely slimmer than the official Apple Case (which I loved in Green but it made the phone feel thick/heavy, I know its light but I just dont know why it felt heavy to me - most likely because of the thickness).

The case fits beautifully on the SpaceGrey iPhone6+, I am confident it will do the same on the iP6 too.

How does it feel on the hand? It feels light, because it keeps the slimness of the phone while protecting the corners/bumper, it feels like a natural extension to the phone and not an extra chunk of plastic. It also protects the bottom. Coming from the nice grippy Silicone Apple Case, I do wish it had the same feel instead of the smooth rubber but you cant have everything. The buttons feel nice, they give back a sharp feedback so no wobbles there.

I did not notice any cracks/lines on my case, it looks clean and sharp.

I am highly recommending this case for any SpaceGrey iPhone6/6+ owner

Here are some photos, let me know if you have any questions..

I just bought that clear/black one as well....See above post. Most of my case feels like hard plastic, but near the Aux, lightning port, and speaker area, its like a soft rubber and its very soft/fragile...hope that made sense. Is yours like that as well? I emailed the company today to see if that is normal. TY

Interestingly my one is the same material (hard rubber), its all one piece/band as you can tell from the last image. I dont think what you have is normal, maybe they sent you the initial version which they fixed in the later stages of production. Yah, I am sure they will send you a new one...make sure to take photos too.

How does this compare to the Spigen Air Cushion clear case?

I had the Spigen Air Cushion too but compared to that, this feels lighter, slimmer and sleeker - though the Spigen had the grippier bumper. I would have this over the Spigen because of the sleeker look and feel ($10 cheaper too).

What munakib said, the back is hard plastic but around the sides, top & bottom it's HARD rubber, not a soft rubber BUT I did noticed that on the power connector section, just below the home button, it is a little soft but only that part but on the speaker and headphone port sides, they are hard rubber.

Ok, thank you guys! I appreciate it, I am sure they will email me back soon. How long did they take to get back to y'all? Hope they will send me a new one as well. I will take pics so they can see it.

It looks fine, put it on your phone and I think it make much of a difference (hard/soft).

gotcha! Will do, lmao, I have about 2 weeks left before mine gets here. I guess your right, the phone will make that area sit flush in there, I would assume. Thanks again!

yup, same here... the little bit right under the home button/above the lightning port feels soft/floppy, probably because that bit is just a really thin strip...rest feels pretty solid.

If only it had a decent lay-flat lip on it :(
