bc i have sprint and wasnt eligible for an upgrade. i like it a lot. its my first iphone.
 
You activated already ? If you did that's good for 450$ , 100$ less then retail price :)

yes, ive been using it for a day now. i think its pretty good. i was able to sell my 32gb touch for 160 so that helped too. ....... and my crappy blackberry for 50.
 
will it work on sprint? I am guessing you got the CDMA version?

mostly the guys sold got the money and pay $$$ to sprint in installment ...

good for both seller and buyer as long as it is unopened

how to people get scammed ? they get phones they cant activate or just otherwise bad phones ? or not a phone at all ?

i thought ebay was pretty safe. im glad my phone is working well.

and whoever asked... it IS activated.

Well sometimes bad esn or bad screen or some other crap eBay is safe till one point you might be able to get your money back if you get scammed but sometimes it takes forever depending on the situation but you got a good deal tho
