Bought a ipad 4th wi-fi + 4G AT&T from ebay ! I never used the 4G service just bought it just in case because I use to be with AT&T for my iphone, But now I wanted to know if this is locked to AT&T if so can it be unlocked ?

the imei i put in does not work i'm putting in what it says but comes up red
this was a brand new sealed ipad ! i tried previous customer and non customer this has never been activated on cellular
Didn't know that ! I might use it one day but probably as a teether.... I'm looking into the Googles- Project Fi
