I Bought A New iPhone But Can't Activate Free TV+

Hello,

I did try the free trial but didn't go ahead with this. Now I have bought a new iPhone and got an email offering a years free Apple TV+ but when I click on the link it just wanted me to pay the monthly cost.

Any ideas why I can't get the one year free trial?

What do you mean you tried the free trial? Did you cancel a free year previously?
