Well, I just made Eruption into a ringtone, but when I sync my iPhone, iTunes says it cannot sync it to my iPhone because I am not authorized to play it on my computer. My computer has been authorized for my iTunes library for a year now, and has never had a problem. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you play the full song eruption or even play the ringtone?

If so, contact Apple's iTunes support. If not, it may come up with a menu asking you to re-authorize. Just need to type in your password again if that's the case.

Here is what I had to do. Click on Store Menu Item and then select "Authorized this Computer" which ask me to login (I was already logged in) and then it said I have authorized "2" computers for my account.

double click the ringtone and play it, it will then ask you to authorize your account. Do that and your god to go.
