Hello guys. I'm new here. Basically what happened is I bought an iCloud locked iPhone 5S on eBay. I have an iPhone 5S (T-Mobile unlocked) which I took apart and couldn't put back. So it's basically in pieces, but I'm almost certain all the parts are in a working condition. Which parts would I have to swap from my 5S to the iCloud locked one in order for it to work? It would be awesome if I could transfer all the data as well. Thank you in advance and have a great day.

You took the 5s apart and couldn't put it back together.
And now you will attempt to switch the logic boards and internal components between 2 phones and you will be able to put it all back together?:D

It sounds problematic to say the least. :).

Seems like a fairly obvious idea. ;)

Home button with touch sensor has to be moved to the other iPhone together with logic board.

When in doubt....throw more money at it.
