i bought and need help...

You'll probably notice a difference if you bought a different color. Those kind of things are hard to miss. You will likely *feel* a difference if it's metal or some other kind of material other than glass... Otherwise it will probably feel the same.

do you think it would effect the way the phone operates like heat issues or the clearness of the pictures

now back to my question will this back cover effect my phone in any way or ruin it?

How will any of us know what it'll do to your phone? Install it and find out

This is the type of question you should've asked before you bought it. Secondly, why ask our opinion if you're just gonna give childish sarcastic responses when our opinion is given?

Install your crappy heat sink. It won't do anything. You'd be better off buying one of those $0.99 blue skins and slapping in on the back.
 
There just one thing I didnt understand: you BOUGHT it and AFTER you spent your money you want to know if it's going to work or bring you problems? :confused::confused::confused::confused:

Shouldn't you ask it BEFORE spending your money?

why would i install it and find out when some one on here may of done it and they can tell me if it effected it in any way
 
Anyway...
I think you wont have signal problems since its made of plastic.
It may or may not fit your iphone since its not a genuine part.

My opinion (nobody asked, I know): I wouldn't trade my genuine back of iPhone 4S for a cheap chinese one. Imagine you if your phone falls and then this cheap back brakes and the battery, camera etc. get ruined?

the back is glass but u make a very good point about if i drop it i just really want it for the color

-idk if i should put it on now lol
 
your the guinea pig on this one I agree with the others. Don't get defensive you bought it you want to try it. I call infomercial product. Why wouldn't apple have done this from the get go. let us know if it works for you.

My suggestion: buy yourself a sticker! There are hundreds of different styles - you can even make your own on some websites!
Its safer... :D
 
It's a cheap piece of chi com crap. Why would you donkey up you phone with this?

I really dont understand the hate going on in here...

I bought myself a chrome backplate and it works perfectly. It looks so much better then the glass and it wont shatter either.

OP, i dont know anything about your backplate. Sorry.
