I wasn’t aware of Apple having black Friday sales. I might have to look because this sounds interesting.

If they change the price within the return you can call them. I’ve heard people getting a credit for the price difference when prices have dropped. Worst case scenario if they say no is return it then order one on sale.

I believe they give gift cards.

The only reason I never waited is because stuff will be sold out quickly.
